Refund Policy

1. General

Loud Team produces customized t-shirts based on your specifications. Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal (14 days) does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized.

2. When Refunds Are Possible

We will issue refunds in the following cases:

• Defective or damaged products upon delivery
• Wrong items delivered compared to your order
• Non-delivery of order after confirmed payment

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@loud.teamwith your order number and photos (if applicable).

4. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

5. Exchanges

Since our products are custom made, exchanges are not available unless the product is defective or incorrect.
